Pizza Review
Hella good old school New England Greek pizza. I spoke with the owner and complemented him on his pie and he explained that after 40 years he thinks he got it just right. He said the New Hampshire winters can be tough and often caused the dough to struggle to rise appropriately and to combat the issue. He had to install additional heaters in the restaurant. This place is nothing fancy and probably has an updated. It’s decor since day one when it opened. I don’t know how many years ago. Nice to talk to an owner of a family business that takes pride and their product. This place is a diamond in the rough. I would give it a 10 but I know how picky Davis 😆
