Pizza Review
Very good wood fired pizza. I like a bit of cheese on my pizza, which is why I’m not always a huge fan of this style since it traditionally has little cheese. Not the case with Gia Mia. However, it doesn’t take away from the light nature of the dough. This is probably one of the best wood fired spots I’ve had in the burbs. I recommend getting a few friends together and sampling their different pies. We really liked the meat lovers (forgot the menu name). They also slice the prosciutto fresh, which is fun to watch behind the counter. Awesome spot!
