One of the best Italian places in the CLT. This is a delicious 18in cheese Tavern style pie made with quality ingredients. It was crispy with no flop and no dripping oil. I attribute that to the thickness of the dough. The pizza is tasty, however, this is not NY style and they do not claim to be either. This was a fantastic pie and I will surely be back!

Good, fresh, well-cooked pizza. It was cooked exactly how pizza should be, but it was kind of bland and didn’t have a signature taste to push it into the 7s. If it did have a signature taste it’d be at least an 8.1

Traditional Long Island/Metropolitan imitation pizza. A little too much flop for my liking. Sauce was a little too sweet.

A lot of flop. Needs more sauce. The dough is thick and needs more crunch
