Crust is going to bail out the lack of sauce or cheese. My associate ordered a sausage pie and the staff was confused. Not a pizza joint, but good bar snack.

This is much different than most buffalo pizza. This is bar style pizza! and a good one too. BOOM HERE IT IS 7.8, Samantha agrees. You can taste the high quality ingredients in both the sauce and cheese. Although delicious, this pizza was floppy. The crust I did not care for maybe if was more well done I’d broke out the ol 8.2 truthfully this is a good slice. By the way this place is huge and BEAUTIFUL! Seriously EAT THIS PIZZA!!!

Giancarlo’s brick oven pizza today Frankie... wow very good pizza! The sauce was very sweet and a lot of it which did down the score a little but I didn’t mind it too much on this pizza. The brick oven taste was fabulous and the cheese was cooked to perfection. All around very good slice that I would get again!

No slices available here. Takeout is your best option as this place takes reservations. A nice “brick” oven pizza resides in the corner and claims it cooks at 800 degrees. I must of been early because the meter read 630 degrees... It wasn’t crispy at all. I think the extra 200 degrees would make that happen but why serve pizza if it wasn’t ready? The dough is fresh but this was a little chewy for my taste. The crust had zero crispness. The cheese is one of the best that I’ve had, super fresh and flavorful. The sauce is just enough to complete this pie. The sauce does take a backseat to the cheese. Overall, the char and cheese really made this a good pizza but I’ve had better wood fired pizza from Rocco’s and Forno Napoli. I give it a 7.2 because I know if the oven was hotter, this would be even better.
