Gianna's Pizza

Good pizza, sauce a lil sweet, good crunch to crust. Can’t be mad at it.

6.8 for Vegas. 5.1 in Manhattan. Very basic, good on the under carriage, tasty sauce, light crisp when fresh out of the oven, good crust, not too greasy.

This slice hurt it was so bad. After taste terrible. Cheese is terrible. Sauce tastes like Ragú. Has a slight crisp. Reminded me of a bad $1 in nyc. The guy working was nice.

We finally had a full consortium today. Slink returned and basically slapped us right in the face with this pick. He took a month off and had plenty of time for due diligence but no. Very mediocre cheese pizza. The BBQ pizza was actually really good though.

QUARANTINE pick time....So I've had some good pies and some not so good pies. Based on the way this is starting, can you guess the direction this one is headed? Unfortunately,... not in the good way. I will start off with though, the one good thing I liked was there was a little bit of crisp on the back end but that's about it. The sauce and cheese were standard. The crust is real thin which was its overall downfall in preparing it. All flop and the grease was oozing out like when an oil tanker ship runs aground and splits wide open. The cheese pizza was very greasy and the crust was unmentionable. Now the bbq pizza was a solid 6.2. Little fun fact. This pizza place has been serving its customers for many years and pumping out hundreds of pizza’s a day ..... kind of like Paul’s mom.

Pretty good slice. The dough was cooked perfectly and had a decent crunch. Nice flop and the sauce had a really nice flavor. I would have liked a little more cheese but overall it was delicious.

I haven’t been this disappointed since the last time I went to Paul’s mom’s house and saw the line out the door! 🤦🏼‍♂️ anyways I was hungry so here I am!

Good slice. Liked the crust as it had nice char. Sauce was a bit lacking in flavor but the cheese was decent.

Quality ingredients, little flop, awesome thin crust, more cheese for me.
