Gianni's Pizza - Hudson, FL (no other locations)

It started off as very promising . Parking lot is full and 45 minute wait for a table.. when the pizza was served, there was no crisp at all, all flop. Ask her to be put back in the oven for a bit, and when it came out, it was the same no undercarriage.. I thought we would finish off with the tiramisu which was frozen in that very good and there was no espresso only black coffee.. I was disappointed

Nice dough, good cheese flavor, awesome sauce. Little flop, but not a mess. Could use a little more crisp, but still good.

It's got some good flop, good crunch and nice flavor crust.The sauce is sweet And the cheese has just the right amount of chew.... good football pizza.
