Gianorio's Pizza & Pasta

This is an old school place that takes an hour for just a pick-up on a weekend. The regular crust was a little thick for my liking, next time I may try the extra thin crust. Ratio of ingredients was good. I have been here before, but this time it seemed to miss the mark a little. Will go back.

Great thickness but crispy at the same time. Amazing sauce and cheese . A stand out for sure

Sauce is a little sweet for my taste but very good extra thin crust.

It's a good local pizza, good crust and good sauce. Sauce has some tang to it. Overall a good pie.

Picture is of their traditional thin crust tavern style, dough its a bit on the thicker side. They also have an option to order “extra thin” which I will do next time around. This is a good pizza but nothing really stands out to me. I feel like I’ve had this kind of pizza all over the city. It’s not bad but there’s nothing to make it standout. Wish the crust had more flavor. Did both thin crust and stuffed. Thin crust gets the 6.4, stuffed is a 6.1. That’s a review

Part 2 of 2 Battle on Main Street. Wow, how did this one slip under my radar. I walked in and there were 9, yes, 9 cooks cranking out pizzas. There might’ve been 20 pizzas in the warmer ready for pickup orders. The real deal. They gave me the option for extra thin or regular thin. Knowing I don’t prefer cracker crust, I played it safe with regular and it paid off. This was a saucy, cheesy, topping-filled masterpiece. The sauce is savory and full of flavor. The cheese trapped the sauce where it was cut, so it wasn’t too runny. This pizza was heavy, but still pretty thin. Not exactly crunchy, but the crust was cooked well and stiff enough to hold the toppings. Sausage has a smooth bite, yet juicy. There was a lot of cheese but it wasn’t overwhelming, where it takes over the rest of the ingredient. Overall, it’s a must. Add it to the rotation list.
