Greasy and wet?? That is exactly what you get here at Gigi’s. Gigi needs to cool it with whatever she is using for her ingredients as the oil just drips down on to the plate. The back of the slice was super hard and the crust very crunchy. However, it’s to the point where it crumbles on impact like a cheap foreign car. Gigi you can do better my dear!!!
