Gilgamesh Brewing - Independence

Great crust, cheese, and toasted pep. The flavors were there but were simultaneously overpowered by garlic. Tone that down and you have an exceptional pizza. Additionally, a bit on the greasy side with a relatively moist and floppy undercarriage. All in all, solid pie.
