Just sausage. Gino's deep dish is the real deal. I've been here a couple times. Best I've had in Chicago. Girlfriend said it was 10 out of 10. Two recommendations, always get the bigger pizza and try their specialty pizzas. Specialty pizza's I'd score about a 9.

The main problem with this deep dish mediocrity is that it doesn’t feel at all distinct from an average deep dish slice from any pizza joint

Gino’s east... great flop wonderful texture great crust... overall solid piece of ‘Za... will not let you down...

🍕 Gino’s Supreme : Pepperoni, onions, green pepper, mushrooms . ⭐️ 8.1 - Brady ⭐️ 8.6 - Brett ⭐️ 6.2 - Dave Portnoy. 💸 $27 (small = 4 slices) 💭 Giordano’s held the title “Chicago’s Best Deep Dish” for a quick 24 hours up until we had Gino’s East. In a quick side by side comparison let’s go over what’s better about Gino’s East. - Sauce : a darker red that looks and tastes more homemade like they have a grandma in the back making it - Crust : a crunchier crust with a slight cornmeal grittiness. - Cheese : better ratio of dough to cheese. Not as heavy. A more well balanced slice - Veggies : finely chopped veggies instead of large chunks at Giordano’s.

Has a good amount of flop, GREAT CURST, sauce is phenomenal, cheese is amazing, also doesn’t burn your tongue, gotta get the deep dish

It’s quite a wait but worth it! Excellent taste from all ingredients. Make sure you eat outside if possible.

If you like a good Chicago style pizza this is the place to go, it’s a hearty wait for the food but it’s well worth it.

Not really great, makes it worse that you have to wait 45 minutes and burn your mouth on the cheese and sauce. This pizza has tainted deep dish for me. Cheese is real gooey, sauce you don’t get much of because it was watery. Dough was maybe a little undercooked.
