Gino's NY Pizza Elmwood

Blink and you’ll miss this place. There is no parking so expect to walk if it’s a busy time of day... This is a real thin slice type of place which is a bonus. Absolutely no crisp on the bottom, only in the crust. The cheese has no real depth leaving the sauce (which is sweet) for all the flavor. The sauce itself needs more seasoning and it doesn’t blend well with this slice. The ingredients are here for good pizza but this place falls short of execution. So far, these late night pizza reviews haven’t been good...
