OK, so I’m gonna do review on a Monday. Beautiful day in fire Island yesterday, didn’t get to do my review on Friday because of the rain, so back in the saddle. I just did a review here, not too long ago, and the please change names already. Now it’s Gino’s. Which is usually a good sign. Let’s get into it and see what we got. Zero flop, decent crunch, slices look pretty good. Sweet sauce, definitely a football pizza. If you crisp up a tad more, it would be amazing. That being said, it’s good Long Island football pizza. And we have a JV game tonight. Let’s buckle the chin strap on and rock ‘n’ roll. I’m going mid sevens.

Beautiful and brand new on the inside with super friendly staff. Big slice for a good price. I honestly expected it to be pricier because of the area but was pleasantly surprised. Standard slice is a little on the thicker side but good crunch to it. Good sauce to cheese ratio.Overall, nice place and a really good slice.

Good crisp and undercarriage. The ratios were off though and sauce needed more pizzazz. Comes in a little flat but may have been over powered by the cheese. A little much char in some bites which left that bitter aftertaste. I would try again as knots and specialty slice had promise and maybe just got unlucky.

Perfect 10 in my book. All the pizza was great. BBQ slice excellent. Really great crew as well.
