No plain available. Pepperoni & White it is. Thick crust. Not typically my favorite, but not an auto-bad score. That said, the crust has AMAZING flavor. The naked crust tasted like savory fried dough. Delicious. Perfectly baked. Thick crust complimented by delicious sauce, and a lot of cheese, so had some flop, but again, I think it’s what they are aiming for. Cup pepperoni had great flavor. White was delicious. Thin layer of Ricotta smothered by Mozzarella. Small slices but hearty. Poughkeepsie-style and delicious. Been here 50-years for a reason. Anyone who rated it lower has head problems. And aweful taste. It is what it is meant to be. I’ll be back.
