Had to wait 7 minutes for a fresh pie. This is the weirdest slice I’ve ever had. Major flop, very little sauce with really good tang and the crust was spot on. The dough has excellent texture and flavor. The cheese / sauce ratio was way off. 90/10 cheese to sauce. The weird thing is that the quality of the mozzarella is way above average. One of the better ones I’ve had. The score is lowered by the heavy flop, lack of sauce and they cook it in a Dominoes style conveyer belt oven.
