Gino's Pizza

Great food, great people great atmosphere. These guys know pizza and one of the better pizza spots on Long Island. I live in Smithtown in Suffolk and this is the first place I’ve see that used fresh garlic on their knots in a long time that I’ve seen and they are not skimpy

So let me start with this....when i saw the sicilian, i had super high hopes. Was quickly let down. The crust and dough was perfect. Crispy, good under, and Sicilian bite to it. The cheese was solid and had a good pull....but the sauce ruined it for me. The sauce was terrible. Had a weird taste to it and just didnt do it for me. A better sauce, easy 8....but a good sauce is super important to me

No flop and great crispness to the undercarriage. Nice sauce to cheese ratio with good flavor. Very solid regular slice. Would definitely come back.

This is a review of a Gino’s West Hempstead grandma slice. I came in with very high expectations as I have had their regular slices and they are great. Also, the grandma slice came highly recommended. This pizza is a perfect example of why one bite sometimes isn’t enough. I was very underwhelmed at first but this pizza was addicting and grew on me. Great texture and just the right amount of crispness. I thought they went just a tad too strong with the spices. It wasn’t my personal favorite, but I can see why people love it!
