Zero flop. Great crunch. Tad bit of grease. But pretty good taste. Little semolina on the crust. Its a Friday before Fathers day, so hoping it would be goody good. Going to FI tmrw! And it looks like its abt to downpour. Anyway, solid Westchester slice.

Zero flop. Spent many years here with many memories. I remember carrying tiles in to help Gino when he rebuilt it after a fire in the 70’s or 80’s

Bought a slice and still raw dough in the middle. Worst slice I’ve had in a long time. Really disappointed.

Served hot in 2-3 minutes with a solid Ponfield crisp with no Bronxville flop. First Bite Score: 7.4 The sauce is very light with good body, excellent flavor and a pleasant tang. The mozzarella is very good quality with great salinity and balance. The dough recipe is top shelf. They use cornmeal on the crust which adds to the flavor and crunch. The undercarriage is nicely crisped and charred with magnificent chew and texture. Sub Score: 7.6 SAUCE: needs a better balance of flavors and increased seasoning MOZZARELLA: needs slightly upgraded quality with more chew and salinity. DOUGH: needs less density and a harder crisp. The seasoning is very mild. With a few tweaks this is a low 8.0 slice. As- Is, this is a very good slice that has minor imperfections. Final Score...

Decent neighborhood slice but certainly nuttin’ special. Very cheesy. Not enough crisp. Ever so slight flop.
