Pizza Review
Served warm as baby bottle milk in 1-2 minutes with absolutely zero Central Ave crisp and heave Heights flop. FIRST BITE SCORE: 2.0 The sauce is actually not bad with decent seasoning and salt levels. The “cheese” is ultra low quality and extremely soupy with zero chew or salinity. The dough is tough and dry with an unpleasant bread taste and it is very sweet as well. Poor undercarriage to boot. Sub Score: 1.7 SAUCE: needs to be thinner with less oregano, otherwise not bad “MOZZARELLA”: I’m not sure if I’ve tasted poorer quality than this here. They need to throw out whatever they have in stock and use Poly-O string cheese in the meantime until they can sort things out. This is mega-bad! DOUGH: they need to use less sugar and find a better technique to utilize when cooking the pie. Also the slice I had tastes like it was made a couple of days ago. SUMMARY: one of the worst slices I’ve had ever. With all the other options on the same street, there is absolutely no reason to waste $2.50 here on a dry, sweet & bland undercooked slice. Final Score…
