Pizza Review
Good pizza. Stop in for a slice at lunch or a panini combo (the capicola is the way to go) anytime. For this review I went with a whole pie, gold standard cheese. Gorgeous bubbly crust, with good char. The crust has great flavor and a nice chew, while also being crispy on the bottom and at the edges. The sauce is bright with just the right amount of tang. The pie is topped with a salty mozzarella and just a little oregano. Did I mention this is good pizza? No regrets with this classic, made-by-hand, thin pizza pie.
