This is outstanding artisan pizza. No bar pie here, but thin, crispy, flavorful, fresh and maybe the best crust I have ever had.

This pizza was solid. Very floppy but the cheese and sauce were both good. Texture was also good. Each bite had a nice crisp to it. The crust flavor was okay, but also had a decent crisp. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area

I had the Julian The flaccid flop was so bad the undercarriage had no crispness the flavors were ok the textures were decent I’ve noticed that people from California only have what is available to judge from Gioa needs to step their game up the pizza was Luke warm I sat on the bench and waited 2 min and bam I had Luke warm pizzas the building and inside is pizza romantic this pizza is better then allot of pizza in the bay though

Been coming here since I was a toddler, (granted im 16), easily the best pizza in the bay. And the pepperoni might be my favorite slice oat.

Under cooked and doughy, too floppy, no crunch, cheese wasn’t even that good. I don’t know how ppl wait in line for this.

People that know my grading know I’m tough. This one is tough one because of my preferences in taste. As pizza goes its quality. Touch of corn meal coating doesn’t work for me. Pepperoni was a bit too spicy. With that said. Crust was crisp and chewy, sauce was tangy and the cheese was good quality cheese. Not chewy. A cooking technique observed was probably my favorite part of this place. Whole pies are pulled out of oven early. Aloud to cool on a rack then back in for a well done perfect crispy pie. I consider 6 as Quality and 7 top shelf. This to me was somewhere in the middle.
