Note - This Review is for the Thin Crust at the Rosemont Giordano’s only. Everything blended together really well, the crust was flaky like a cornmeal of sorts. The cheese, the dough, the sauce and worked perfectly together. This is a solid pizza you can count on to enjoy is definitely a heavy pizza. David Portnoy I’m throwing it down to you to try Giordano’s Thin Crust, I know it’s Chicago and Deep Dish is their thing, but it’s some seriously good thin crust pizza!

This is my first stuffed crust. The crust is nice and crunchy. Sauce is tangy(not my favorite) great cheesy flavor and has a nice pepperoni taste. I know I won’t be finishing this pie but I’m gonna try!

Excellent deep dish. Really good cheese and sauce. Crust could have a bit more personality, but otherwise this is top tier.

It was very good but I preferred Lou Malinatis. Crust was kinda bland and super thick, but the cheese and sauce on the pizza was incredible. I would eat here again if I was closer than Lou’s

Visiting Chicago had to stop in Giordano’s right off the airplane. First time here. The cheese was amazing. The crust was great but the sauce didn’t quite win me over as much. Great pizza and not a huge deep dish guy.

Very solid take on not my usual pizza. Sauce was splendid. Cheese galore. It’s own style crust. Only issue is we downed a thin crust first.

I like pizza, I’m just not digging Chicago deep dish. I like a think crunchy crust but I’m not going to quit eating it. Lots of great flavor and I love the crust.

A month ago I had pizzeria uno and it was quite possibly the worst pizza I ever had. This one was light years better. 40 min wait. Tasty and hot but it solidified faster than a human can eat it so by the middle second slice it’s likes a lump of cheese. I’m not a deep dish guy but I’d eat this one again. Stay away from pizzeria uno that was straight trash. Burnt and hard. Cut my mouth up like captain crunch. And that’s a review

I was excited to try the extra thin crust pizza that I saw when reviewing the website. Unfortunately there’s nothing extra thin about it. It’s thicker then some of the thin crust I’ve had accorded the country. The flavor was good but there was no crunch and that was really disappointing.

Crust is very different than traditional NY style pizza, taste of sugar. Decent flavor. Typical canned Sauce, Cheese buried. Giordanos deep dish pizza reminds me of ‘In and Out’ burger, must visit when you’re in town. More hype than deliciousness IMO, but satisfies the curiosity.

Ordered delivery and it was still really good deep dish pizza. First time in Chicago getting deep dish and it was a great first impression from a New Yorker.

One of the true gold medal slices in terms of Chicago deep dish. Fork and knife are mandatory as you work through this monster of a pie like a Fortnite battle. Excellent crisp on the crust all around and a top notch Chicago pie. Still partial to Detroit style pizza but the layers of cheese, fresh toppings, and sweetness of the sauce on top make this a winner. That’s a review!
