Cheese monster…very good sauce

Impressive start coming into Chicago and trying their deep dish pizzas. I thought the sauce was going to be overwhelming and thick but it’s actually perfect. The mozzarella cheese they use to stuff this pie is fresh and you can tell it’s quality. The crust kind of reminds me of an actual pie crust. I’m no expert on deep dish pizzas so I’m not sure if that’s how a typical deep dish crust taste like. Everything about this pizza is great before the crust, full of flavor and very filling.

Deep dish is not my style at all. Like eating lasagna with your hands. Decent pizza but the crust tasted like pie crust.

A little to much of a chain restaurant but still decent

Pretty good. Not crazy about the crust, but that’s def just a preference thing.

I’ve had Giordano’s many times before but something about this slice hit different. Maybe it was the Cubs Cardinals atmosphere, maybe it was taking a friend around the city all day, maybe it was the lack of tacos we were served for lunch. But either way, best slice of Chicago style I’ve ever had.
