I’ve been to a couple of the chicago locations and this Detroit one multiple times as well. This is a red top chicago deep dish pie, I’ll bet it weighs 4lbs. The cheese pull could reach the ceiling if it’s at the perfect temp. Is it the best Chicago pizza ever NO, but for a chain with a famous history, it’s top notch Chicago deep dish imo. This is the pie I compare other deep dish to.
