Had to try this place while I was in Chicago, just absolutely outstanding The deep dish is so incredible, the sauce has a tang and it’s absolutely weaponry pizza What I was shocked by was I actually like the regular pizza even better , cooked so fantastic, I can’t recommend this place enough. My only suggestion is to try both the regular & deep dish style , very different than one another so you have to try them both

Tourist order deep dish. Locals order thin… Plus Lou’s deep is better.

Chicago deep dish isn’t my style, fork and knife for a New Yorker is a sin, but this is phenomenal. The sauce has great taste. Great crunch on the crust and the cheese is perfect!

Waited 3 hours to get the pizza, beer was hot, pizza is an average 6.7. Would not recommend.

This is my first real Chicago deep dish. The sauce is amazing! There is a lot of cheese as expected but it is lacking when it comes to the crust. It almost tastes like it is a pre-made crust that is pre-cooked and then once an order is placed, they drop in 5 pounds of cheese add the sauce and then cook it. If you like cheese and tomato sauce, then you will like this. But if you are a crust kind of person, I’d recommend a traditional pie.

Good pizza. Lot of hype around it. Went with the pub style rather than famous deep dish. I see why people like it.

Crust is doughy, its tough to wrap my head around these deep dish dogs. You cant fold them. If its too hot you need a knife and fork. Thats life baby.

I know this is gonna sound crazy, but for some reason I edge the one in Vegas a little bit more than the one in Chicago. Everybody said the one in Chicago is so much better, and it has something to do with the water, I don’t know. Maybe it’s just because my first impression was Vegas and it just smacked me. Nonetheless, that cheese is amazing, and the crust is cooked perfectly. The sauce on this one tasted a little different. Like it could have used a little more salt. Either way, it’s a very good pie, and I highly recommend.

A lot to unpack here. The cheese to tomato sauce to crust ratio must’ve have been measured by Einstein in the back because wow it was perfect
