Very bland crust, the sauce compliments the cheese very well

Mozzarella is great. Also great sauce. The only thing holding it back was the crust which isn’t as good as Lou’s or Pequods. I still have to put it over Lou’s which was unexpected.

I consider deep dish an entire different entity. With that said, this was worth the hour wait ... I’m full AF
