My introduction to deep dish pizza. Not my favorite style (too bias towards New Haven coal fire style) but love the sauce and the thick dough.

This is approximately 90% cheese and I’m ok with that. Box weighs 10lbs for a medium pizza.

Solid pizza. Not as good as your local deep dish mom and pop stop but great nevertheless. Great sauce that compliments the crust and the cheese is excellent. Only issue is that the cheese fights you when taking a slice, but other than that this is a pretty great slice.
