Pizza Review
Infinitely better than those Lou Malnati kiosks popping up around the region. Probably cause it’s from a full restaurant, but you can tell more care is taken to make it like the actual Chicago restaurants. That being said, Edwardos is still the best deep dish in the area. I liked the buttery crust on the Giordanos pizza, but the sauce is pretty average and I know it’s deep dish, but even so there was aggressively too much cheese. I’d definitely go lite cheese next time, but really, it’s Edwardo’s if you want deep dish here. And those Lou’s takeouts should be ashamed to have that name on their sign. This Giordanos is solid but not fantastic.
