Love this pizza it’s a little unassuming by appearance but the crust is incredible, has a charred firm bottom that’s still a little soft and chewy. Plenty of sauce with well balanced cheese. This sets the bar for round pizza in the region for sure. Also sampled like a pepperoni with ricotta and hot honey? Very good, and the Sicilian is well done as well if you’re in the mood but the New Haven style is the star.
