Tried the white pie and margarita pie the crust is the same on both it was soft and chewy, I prefer a bit more crunch. White pies generally have no sauce therefore the combination of different cheeses is always a plus with the hint of olive oil, there is such a thing as too much basil.... the margarita pie was good, fresh mozzarella, right amount of sauce major NY flop but it’s expected with this style overall white pie is a 6.3 margarita is a 6.5
