Giovanni's Pizza & Restaurant

Served piping hot in 2-3 minutes with zero Fishkill flop and a hard crisp. The sauce is above average but under seasoned. The mozzarella is very good quality with awesome flavor. The dough recipe is good but also under seasoned. There is no consistency throughout the slice, some spots have all three components popping, while other spots only have one element working. Together, with moderately tasty crust and the unevenness drop this score significantly. Pretty decent overall.
