It’s a good slice. Don’t get me wrong. But finding a NY slice is a tough thing to do in the Orlando area.
First bite, the flavor was lacking. No tang of the sauce, a little floppy. But, it grew on me after a few more bites. I was originally going to rank it a low 6 but the flavor began to redeem itself. The crust is a solid crust, with a nice under carriage. Only part I didn’t like on the sauce was seeing little holes on the top, that shows it wasn’t really a hand-stretch.
For the area, being Orlando and near my house, I’d definitely give this one another try. One of the best in the area. 6.6 is a solid score from me.
