Looks like an ordinary pie. But it is certainly not. The thin tasteful cheese pairs masterfully with the sweet and light gravy. The crust has a garlic flair that could almost be served by itself. From the high level view, the pie is well crafted and perfect for those who want thin za. This Riley Reid thinness though is what keeps this pie from entering elite-level territory. Just like Riley, this pizza should be enjoyed on rare occasions, and not for everyday use.
