Giovanni's Pizza Restaurant

Very floppy and overly greasy. Cheese to sauce ratio was in favor of the cheese. The tomatoes they used were top notch but the sauce could have used more seasoning. Crust was dried out and zero crisp on the undercarriage.

Great pizza and staff!

Rather unremarkable. Crust was soft, damp on the bottom. Don’t think it was hand tossed. Crust was tasteless, not crispy. Sauce was standard. Cheese was substandard. Almost freezer pizza.
