Giovannis Pizzeria e Ristorante Italiano

Little road trip tonight from Columbus out to the Dayton area for some business. Had a recommendation for Giovanni’s in Fairborn. It did not disappoint. Ordered a large pep, small cheese and a small white (because we like white pizza) Pepperoni was not old world, but still had a little spice to it. The sauce was really good, but the winner on this pizza is the crust. Not that cracker thin Columbus crust. More of a NY style with the cornmeal. It was done perfectly. Crunchy on the bottom, with a little bit of chew to it. The white pizza was amazing also. Just sauce and cheese. Should have gotten banana peppers and olives, but the buttery garlic sauce was excellent and it has the same amazing crust. This place quickly rose to the top of our rankings with an overall 9.1. If you’re in the Dayton/Fairborn area near Wright Patt I would absolutely make time for this place!!!!
