Giuseppe's Brick Oven Pizzeria & Restaurant

Found myself in Dayton, NJ (a sublet of South Brunswick) today when I stumbled across Guiseppe's Pizza. I figured it was a good sign when the parking lot was packed at 11:20am. Couldn't be boring today so I went with a slice of Margherita followed by one with pepper's and onion. The Marg passed the flop test with flying colors but the PnO failed from the weight of the cheese, sauce and toppings but both were VERY crispy. If you like crisp you won't be disappointed. Sauce was well balance: not too sweet, not too salty, not bland and very flavorful. The Marg had a nice even blend of sauce, cheese, olive oil and pesto making it a delicious slice. The PnO slice was good. Typical but nice and crispy. Based on the crisp and flavor this gets an easy 8 from me. THAT'S A REVIEW!

Good pizza. Crust was perfectly crisp, no flop. We ordered the northern and the Brooklyn. The Brooklyn was my favorite out of the two but it was lacking something, I think it would have been better with some garlic added. The northern was good, but too much cheese made it too greasy.

Good crust on both sicilian and margherita. Margherita pizza didn’t have too much flavor. Overall a decent pizza spot though!

Big slices, but it lacked flavor in my opinion. The sauce could of used some zest. Tasted mostly like baked flour.

Little taste. Looked like slice id enjoy , tasted like cardboard.

This is a very good football pizza. Slices are huge. It is cooked perfectly. Overall very good slice

Besides being thick and large the pizza was overall very enjoyable

Buffalo chicken slice was fantastic.
