My first New York pizza review. The kind waitress informed me that they make their own dough, sauce and use fresh ingredients. I typically ask for my pizza’s to be cooked a couple minutes longer to ensure a good undercarriage. First and foremost it does taste good. The ingredients are indeed fresh. You can definitely tell the freshness from the sauce, dough, and vegetables. To the negatives..There is a bit of a flop to the pie and little to no charring on the undercarriage..while disappointing not a make or break for me. I got the supreme and held the mushrooms. With the extra meats it seemed a bit greasy. Overall it was a good fresh pie. Not wowed by any means..but decently good, fresh, and worthy of a 6.1 from me.
