This is a rather deceiving flop for this slice, as the crust had a good base and the top wasn’t too heavy. Crust has some fluff, but a slight crisp to the base of the dough. Stringy cheese, which is always a turn off, but the sauce had the slightest tang to it to save it, but the red pepper and oregano on top gave it a very good taste. If it wasn’t for the cheese, this would be great. One of the better slices in State College
