Very basic down the middle Cleveland/Parma pizza here. The sauce was solid and definitely fresh, although it was definitely more of a pasta sauce than a pizza. The cheese was also very fresh, but in general it was pretty sloppy and a little greasy. The crust was just ok and nothing really to write home about as it didn’t stand out one way or another. So far every Parma pizza joint I’ve been to has been between the high sixes to mid sevens, but this one breaks the trend and is the best I’ve had in the city so far… still looking for a GREAT Parma pie, though!
