Golden Crown Panaderia

Came into this one with some higher expectations. The cheese and sauce taste and ratio were on the money. The crust is where these pizzas failed (weird cause I was expecting this bakery to nail the crust). Undercarriage looked underdone. There might have been a whole wheat flour addition to the “peasant” dough. The bake was not right.
