What a negative first impression of a new business from initial ordering continuing through the pizza. Here we go on this review. First I ordered online through their app as I could not locate a phone number to call and order. I do not like using apps for the reason that follows. I was certain to opt out of their email lists and said do not text me updates or information, guess what, within 15 minutes of my online order, I received 4 text messages trying to get me to sign up for their loyalty club and one that was telling me when my order would be ready. In addition I received 3”2 emails with the same information. This was AFTER I opted out on my order. Then I get to the place, as I am standing there waiting for my order, I was overlooking their menu and prices. It says and I paid $19.95 for a 12’ cheese and sausage pizza. Ok. But as I am looking at the menu a 12’ cheese is just 15.99 and an ingredient is $2.50. See the problem. The second way it should be only $18.49 not $19.95, you will be overcharged. As of typing this I just looked and they fixed the problem after I showed the man at the counter but was still overcharged. Next, I went to give feedback because one of the emails asked for feedback and guess what, after taking time to tell them of the issues the app would not accept the feedback and said the site was down. Know on the the pizza, in my opinion nasty, looked good but tasted awful! I would never order here again. All I could taste was oregano which I love, but this was overloaded. It was so bad I threw out the rest of the pizza. My score below only reflects the pizza itself, not all the other problems I encountered but I can assure you I would never step foot in this business again. I wish them them the best in their business as others may enjoy their pizza but as a first time customer, it was one strike after another.
