ROOKIE SCORE... I know... No other way to describe this pizza. It was cooked under wood fire and comes as individual sized pies. The crust was my favorite part and interesting. It was firm and burnt without much of a crunch. The cheese was stringy down my mouth, but the sauce was VERY basic. This pizza is perfect for a night at the brewery.
