Terrific. Seasoned well, excellent cheese and sauce, a stiff bottom

Pepperoni.. I may be very hungry or this was pretty good.. crust was crispy and appeared to be wood fired, but wasn't.. don't know exactly how they did that

Tasty za! Crusted over night. Pan cooked, then back into the oven! Topped with fresh Grana Padano! Will be back!
