Goodfellas Woodfired Pizza

Woodfired pizza. Looks like grimaldis, but doesn’t quite achieve it. I fully expected this pizza to go mid 8’s, but it just doesn’t get there. Great crust, crispy yet substantial. Multiple cheeses kept it interesting, but quantity didn’t equal quality. The sauce is ok. It would be a good choice for football pizza or if you want to bring pizza that’s a tier above the norm. Not worth the trip across the metroplex, but if you are already at Nebraska furniture mart….
