GoodTimes Coal-Fired Pizza & Pub

I'm a pepperoni guy but it's probably the best bite in the state. Don't see it getting much better.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. I have never tried coal fired pizza before coming to the south. It truly makes a world of a difference. The crust is crunchy and doesn't flop over when you pick it up. The cheese is good quality and has a wonderful pull when you bite it. I was expecting the crust to be more charred with it being coal and how hot the oven is, but it was perfectly cooked and golden all around. This is the best pizza place I've been too.

For coal fired this should have more flavor and leopard spotting. Don't get me wrong, it's good but there is very little crisp. Sauce is really good, cheese and toppings were good but no real coal flavor that you would expect. They only have the oven temp up to around 650 which is low for coal fired but I would eat there again if I was in the area.
