Ok Frankie, we are at the Pocono Garlic Festival and we stopped at Goombas from Stroudsburg. Huge slices for $5. For this price it better be good. Huge slice Frankie, very thin, little flop even for this size. One bite everybody knows the rules. Crunchy, tangy tomato sauce, cheese pulling off the bite Frankie. Excellant crust. Very good even for a festival stand truck. Price is ridiculous but good slice. One bite, everybody knows the rules. 8.1

Maybe it was the day, the people working there, etc., but the pizza was a subpar pizza. The pizza on the counter looked like it had been sitting for quite a bit, and the people looked to be in distress that worked there. The pizza was subpar, and the Ziti with meatballs was inedible. It tasted as if they used frozen meatballs, and not even good ones. We watched them make others, and each one looked as if it was made with no care in the world. The pizza was bad because they did not care. It’s that simple. I personally would not have served what they did to a customer. The worst part is that it could be good, but shortcuts are shortcuts, and when the people serving are not right, the food is not right. So much for NY Style pizza and food. Total disappointment.
