Pizza Review
I’ve really been looking forward to this review. This is another one of those places where it’s going to completely depend on whether you prefer a classic Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza, or a pile of meat and cheese on dough. As a fan of the former, I enjoyed my pie. The slice has a lot of flop which is to be expected with this style but the taste of the dough is good. The mozzarella also stands out as delicious and high quality. The sauce loses it a little for me. I guess I’m realizing I prefer more of a garlic/herb kick to my pizza sauce rather than straight tomato but that will obviously vary by person. I will say, just like everything else, the sauce was clearly made with high quality ingredients. As for a score I’ll give it a 7.6.
