Gotham Pizza

I love the grandma slice from Gotham. I’m always happy with it whether it’s a slice or a full pie. NY slice is above average.

Decent, interesting breadcrumb type deal happening on the undercarriage. 6.8

Decent crust nice crunch a bit of cornmeal in the crust. The sauce has no flour and it’s overwhelmed by the greasy cheese

Wasn’t bad wasn’t good

Good crispy thin crust. The rest of the pizza is fine but no explosion of flavor by any means. Garlic Knots were great so I bumped score up from 6.4 to 6.6. Good guy working in there

Decent taste, decent cheese, slight kick, little undercooked.

Sometimes you just shouldn’t think too hard about a slice of pizza. For example, when the textured crust of this slice falls perfectly into the grooves of your tongue, you just have to enjoy the moment.

Nothing great but if you’re starving 6.2

Super good crust very consistent even on a first bake. Good cheese n sauce. All around really good plain slice.
