Gourmet Pizza Corporation

Very good pizza. As you can see it was well done, not by my asking, just came that way, I prefer a little less done, but this actually added to the flavor of the pizza nicely. There is good ratio of ingredients and the sausage had a nice taste to it. Crunch throughout each bite, even the middle slices. As I said overall a very good pie if in the area.

This one was solid. Maybe the second best in Aurora. Half cheese, half sausage. They have in my opinion, one of the best tasting sausage on a pizza, anywhere in the Chicago area. Crust was nice and thin and crispy. Cheese was decent. Only knock is the sauce is really acidic and bitter. If they would add a little sugar to the sauce like a lot of places do, it would have balanced out the acidity. A little bit sweeter sauce would put this into the high 7’s. Overall I think this place is still second best in Aurora, with only Ach N Lou’s being better. More people need to know about this pizza and try it. This is the way

So nice to have a good well done pizza. Good cheese and crispy crust everywhere. Sauce was solid not spectacular but didn’t override the pizza pie. A nice hole in wall spot just outside of downtown Aurora.

Good crunchy crust. Good amount and flavor of cheese. Sauce is not overpowering. Pepperoni on top which is good. Cooked well. Solid family pizza.
