Gourmet Pizza Factory

Picture doesn’t do it justice. As a New Yorker visiting Ireland my pallet is a little off because of the bland food in this country. But this pizza is very well made for a personal pizza. Flavor & crunch great and not too doughy.

16' pizza (very large for Dublin pizza), reminds me of New York style, for a good price. Price is good for anyone on a budget. It's really cheesy without being oily. The crust has a good crunch but the dough is really bready. The pizza is fairly plain with a bit of a tangy sauce.
