Graffito Pizza

Too wet/undercooked disappointing from the nice burnt crust photos. The plain cheese my kid had was better than their signature pizza. Rating is based on the RCK. Cheese is a solid 6.

Only pizza I had outside of my home state (upstate NY) that I would consider being as good or better than most places in my area.

Major flop. Crispy crust but soft undercarriage. Delicious sauce! Tasty cheese. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. I really enjoyed the pie & would definitely come again. We’re ordering another pie to go right now, really good.

Great crust. Sauce was a little tart and slices were a little floppy for me but could be from the amount of toppings.

Forget the app won’t let you upload a pic. I have a pic before, but submitted review after. That being said: We got one pepperoni and one Margherita. Both had significant flop. Little greasy. Not too bad. Taste was great. One had a charred crust, one didn’t. Average but not bad at all. Would eat again.

Gas flame in a wood(less) fired oven. The crust needed more time to crisp up and add a little char. The semolina flour on the bottom added texture to an otherwise soggy center. Is this pizza sauce or the red sauce used in all the dishes at the restaurant? Pepperoni and cheese had a good flavor.

the grease is just right

King of flop. Crust is decent. But the undercarriage is so soggy and greasy it’s mess to handle. Can’t even get a good fold. With a price point of $16.00 for a “margarita” not worth your time or your money.

Not my kind of pizza, but the flavor is there. No flop, great crust.

Crispy outer crust Base was floppy no crunch, greasy. It’s was ok better than I expected. Where is the pride!!!!! You can do better!!!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch pizza. The waiter said maybe 10 words total to us, not an awful thing... small talk is for the birds. Pizza was light, crisp & to the point. Sauce was sweet & consistent. Good crisp with a slight brick oven burn. Cheese was great, just not a lot of it. On the margarita pizza scale it’s a high 8 On the overall pizza scale 7.7 is fair. Recommend to anyone in the area
