....GO TO THE WEBSITE and see their menu and Select from many appetizers, pasta, meat, chicken and fish dishes but!!!!!!!! they are mainly known for their wood oven pizza AND When you walk in !!! that oven is a beautiful thing to see... WITH their claim to fame —-> that their sauces and pizza dough is made ‘fresh’ in house ‘daily’ ... and that’s what we are here to find out... one bite everyone knows the rules.... sauce is fresh , cheese is super stringy and fresh -> the undercarriage char is perfect and though it had a good flop (nothing that couldn’t be pinched away) ... ( some would call it light on the basil Frankie - We wouldn’t - some would - We wouldn’t)... we are honest as the day is long and we never tell them we are reviewing... so you know ‘that’ this is the exact pie you would get ... and we score them fair and honest ... 1 to 10 / one bite / everyone knows the rules / bite it / score it -> 1 thru 10 -> ~> 7.9 (professional score) Gran Gusto Ristorante & Pizzeria! From the moment we called THEM and we were met with a friendly Italian voice and then when we entered the place right on time -> just to find that our pizza was right on time !!!! and fresh out of the oven.... and Frankie did we mention the dough bubbles that we use to judge pizzas by? These dough bubbles were ‘pizza perfection’ and did we mention the crisp of the crust? Once again ‘pizza perfection’ and if you don’t get smacked in the face once in a while pizza perfection??? you may forget what a high score really looks like... we couldn’t stop eating the entire thing and we will be back 100%...... in a world where an .... 8 out of 10 ... “is a 10”.... then Gran Gusto Ristorante & Pizzeria is a 7.9... that’s a review!!
